Sell the treasury an asset, get 401K back below market. The price is floored at NAV — never at 1 USDG — so every single bond sale is NAV-accretive and none of them can dilute the people already holding.

HOW THE PRICE IS SET
price = max(twap × (1 − discountBps), nav())
Most OHM forks floor the bond price at 1. That is how they end up selling tokens below their own backing during a drawdown and dig the hole deeper. Flooring at NAV means the worst case is a bond that mints exactly at backing — neutral, never dilutive.
The oracle is fail-closed. If the last TWAP checkpoint is younger than 30 minutes or older than 4 hours, every bond market reverts rather than quoting a stale price.
